

Roy Anderson, IV
Roy Anderson IV of Gulfport is the husband of Ryan Thomas Anderson. They are the parents of Lessie Louise and Roy Anderson V. He is the son of Mrs. Rebecca Brashier and Mr. Roy Anderson III, both of Gulfport, MS.
Roy is a graduate of St. John High School in Gulfport. He graduated from the University of Mississippi, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Finance. During his time at Ole Miss, Roy was a member and officer in the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. He is the cofounder and Executive Vice President of AnderCorp in Gulfport, MS.
Roy is currently the Vice President of the Associated General Contractors-Mississippi chapter and an active board member. He was a recipient of the MS Top 50 Most Influential Emerging Leaders award in 2024. Roy is currently an active participant and past board member of the Gulf Coast American Heart Association. Roy is a past board member of the Gulfport Chamber of Commerce and past board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Gulf Coast. He is a 2019-2020 graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast, a member of the Century Club of Gulfport, a member of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Ole Miss Alumni Association, a member of The Revelers Carnival Association, Gulfport Yacht Club, and Bayou Bluff Tennis Club. Roy, Ryan, and their children are members of Trinity Methodist Church in Gulfport. Roy was a Page in 1999. His father, Roy III, was a duke to King d’Iberville in 1990 and reigned as King d’Iberville in 1999. His sister Courtney Anderson was a maid to Queen Ixolib in 2003). His sister Annie Anderson Mahoney was a maid to Queen Ixolib in 2007 and reigned as Queen Ixolib in 2008.
Joseph Russell “Joey” Beattie
Joey Beattie, a native of Gulfport, MS, is the husband of Christy Neely Beattie and the father of Tate, John Hobbs, and Caroline. Joey’s father was the late Jack Beattie, and his mother is Jeannie Beattie-Plant. Joey has two siblings, Jeff and Jill, and his stepfather is Robert Plant.
Joey is a 1996 graduate of St. John High School, a 1998 graduate of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, and a 2001 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi where he was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Upon graduation in 2001, Joey began his insurance career with Stewart Sneed Hewes, which is now Cadence Insurance, a Gallagher Company, where he currently serves as Senior Vice President. Joey is a member of the Association of General Contractors and the Independent Insurance Agents of Mississippi.
Joey is currently the president of the board for the St. Vincent de Paul Community Pharmacy, the past President and current Awards & Scholarship Chairman for the Gulfport Gridiron Club, the president of the St. James Catholic School Advisory Council, a member of the St. Patrick Catholic High School Alumni Advisory Council, and the Vice Commodore of the Gulfport Yacht Club. Joey and his family are active members of St. James Catholic Church in Gulfport. He is also a member of The Revelers Carnival Association. Joey enjoys spending time with his bride and children on the ball field or court, sailing, in the pool, or simply around the table laughing; they are his greatest joy.


Frank Walter Bordeaux
Frank Bordeaux is senior executive vice president and executive producer at Gallagher Insurance’s Gulfport office, where he has been employed since 2007. Frank manages public entity and other large insurance accounts across the Mississippi Gulf Coast and throughout the state. His professional affiliations include The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers, Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, and Independent Insurance Agents of Mississippi. In 2022, he was appointed to the Mississippi Windstorm Underwriting Association by Lt. Governor Delbert Hosemann.
In October 2020, Frank was nominated by Governor Tate Reeves to serve as the Chairman for the Mississippi Republican Party and unanimously elected by the State Executive Committee. Frank served the people of Mississippi until May of 2024, working hard to expand and strengthen the Republican party. Frank is now the National Committeeman for Mississippi and a member of the MSGOP Central Committee.
In 2020, Frank was also appointed as one of nine people to the Commission to Redesign the Mississippi State Flag. The referendum to accept the new Mississippi “In God We Trust” flag design passed by an overwhelming 73 percent.
Prior to being hired at Gallagher, Frank spent 10 years assisting with the daily operations of Ship Island Excursions, where he worked closely with the late Captain Pete and entire Skrmetta family. Frank graduated from Gulfport High School in 1998 and attended Delta State University.
Since a young age, Frank has been dedicated to improving his community through involvement in civic organizations and campaigns for numerous candidates and issues. He has contributed his grassroots experience for candidates including Senator Thad Cochran and Governor Tate Reeves. In 2014, Frank helped lead the campaign for the Gulfport school bond issue, which passed by 80.5 percent. In 2020, Frank served as a Presidential Elector for the State of Mississippi.
Frank is a current board member of the Mississippi Arts Commission, the Harrison County Republican Club and Biloxi Businessmen’s Club. He is a past board member of the Harrison County Development Commission, the Harrison County Republican Executive Committee, the Harrison County Republican Central Committee, Feed My Sheep soup kitchen and Gulfport Youth Sports Association.
In 2017, Frank served as a duke for the Gulf Coast Carnival Association. In 2018, he and his wife chaired the American Heart Association Mississippi Gulf Coast Heart Gala, honoring Roy Anderson. He participated in the American Cancer Society’s 2019 Real Men Wear Pink campaign.
Over the years, Frank has received multiple awards for civic leadership. He was selected as the Gulfport School District Parent of the Year in 2015, and in 2019 he received the John Harral Spirit of Education Award for “Exceptional commitment to strengthening educational opportunities available to all students in the Gulfport area.” In 2021 he received the Community Commitment Award from The William Winter Institute for Racial Reconciliation, as well as an Award of Merit from the Mississippi Historical Society for his work on the Commission to Redesign the Mississippi State Flag. He was named one of Mississippi’s Top 50 for 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Frank and his wife, Jacqueline, live in Gulfport and have four boys, Frank “Coco,” Jack Fisher, Hudson and Miles.
Brian W . Sanderson
Brian W. Sanderson is the husband of Marie Sanderson and father of Thomas, Mary Victoria and George. His mother is Ms. Jane Walker Sanderson.
Brain is a graduate of Resurrection Catholic High School in Pascagoula. He attended the University of Mississippi where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1995 and a Juris Doctor in 1998. Brian was inducted into the University Hall of Fame, served as President of the Law School Student Body, President of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity, and a member of the Mississippi Law Journal.
He is the Founder and President of Three Oak Group, a public policy consulting firm. He has served as policy director for the Republican Governors Association and as the President of Gulf Coast Business Council. He was a White House Fellowship National Finalist, named Ole Miss Young Alumni of the Year, served as President of the Mississippi Bar of Young Lawyers Division, the Kiwanis Club of Gulfport, and the Boys & Girls Club of the Gulf Coast. He has been a member of the Ocean Springs Planning Commission, Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the Gulfport Gridiron Club. He previously served as chairman of the Jackson County Republican Executive Committee and was a gubernatorial appointee to the Mississippi Business Finance Corporation.
Brian and his family are parishioners at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church where he serves as President of the parish council, is a member of the St. Patrick Catholic High School Advisory Council, the Catholic Diocese of Biloxi School Advisory Council and the Knights of Columbus. He also is a member of The Revelers carnival organization and Treasure Oak Country Club.


Victor Allen Stanfield
Victor Allen Stanfield is the husband of Amy Roberts Stanfield and the father of Emma and Ethan Hunt, and Benjamin Stanfield. He is the son of Dr. Gordon Lee Stanfield and the late Anna Lacy Stanfield.
Allen has deep roots on the Gulf Coast beginning in Biloxi, where he grew up. He attended elementary school in Gulfport and then Pass Christian for high school at Coast Episcopal. After graduating, he left the coast to further his education at The University of Mississippi, and he returned to the Gulf Coast in 2005, just prior to Hurricane Katrina. Allen has dedicated nearly two decades to the real estate industry. Since 2016, he has been a valuable member of Rain Residential in Ocean Springs. In addition to his real estate career, Allen has served in various public-facing roles within the non-profit sector, worked on Federal and State disaster recovery housing programs as well as serving as a Mississippi Community Relations Manager for BP’s Gulf Coast Restoration Organization following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Allen’s professional endeavors extend beyond real estate and disaster recovery. Since 2012, he has been a USA Triathlon Coach with Multisport Performance Institute, where he shares his passion for the multisport lifestyle by mentoring athletes of all levels.
He is an active member of the community, Allen is a 2013 graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast, a member of The Revelers and The Order of Mithras Carnival Associations. He is the acting treasurer and a founding member of the OSPREYS (Ocean Springs Pedestrian, Resident, Exercise, and Youth Safety), where he works to promote safety and wellness in the Ocean Springs community. As a founding member of the Chain Triathlon Team, he has fostered a supportive environment for athletes in the Gulf region to train and compete. Allen has previously served on the Ocean Springs Planning Commission and the Gulfport Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Additionally, Allen is an active member of the Biloxi Ocean Springs Association of Realtors, Gulf Coast Running Club, and Gulf Coast Bicycle Club. Allen is a sponsor and supporter of the Ocean Springs Greyhounds football and baseball teams, as well as numerous youth sports programs in the Ocean Springs community.
Allen’s father, Dr. Gordon Lee Stanfield, served as Duke to King D’Iberville in 2008. His sister, Anna Stanfield Harris, served as Maid to Queen Ixolib in 1996, and his niece, Mary Swinton Harris, as a page to Queen Ixolib in 2020. His brother-in-law, David Harris Jr., was Duke to King D’Iberville in 2016, Lieutenant of Carnival 2023 and 2024 and currently serves as 2025 Captain of Carnival.
John Eric Stolarski
John Eric Stolarski of Gulfport is the husband of Meggan Gray Stolarski. They are the proud parents of Austin Gray, Avery Grace and Aiden Graham Stolarski. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Anthony J. Stolarski of Simpsonville, South Carolina and his In-laws are Mr. And Mrs. Lamar S. Gray of Gulfport.
Originally from Westminster, Maryland, John is a graduate of Westminster High School. He attended Carroll Community College where in 1998 he earned an Associates of Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Digital Design. He then completed his education at Auburn University, where in 2003 he received a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Interior Architecture.
He is part owner and a Principal Architect of Allred Stolarski Architects in Ocean Springs. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
John (along with his wife Meggan) recently served as honorees to help raise money for the Mental Health Association of South Mississippi’s 2024 “Don’t Worry Be Happy” benefit. He has served on the Executive Leadership teams for the American Heart Association Heart Gala in 2011, and the Heart Walk in 2018. He was an active member of Coast Young Professionals where he served as Chair in 2012. He has served on Boards for Gulfport Mainstreet, Biloxi Reviving the Renaissance Committee, the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Gulf Coast, the Gulf Coast Symphony and the Mississippi Gulf Coast Auburn Club. John was an active participant in the Mississippi Gulf Coast Design Charette after Hurricane Katrina, serving on the Biloxi team. He is member of the Leadership Gulf Coast Class of 2010, a recipient of the 2008 South Mississippi Top 10 Business Leaders under 40, and a 2014 recipient of the Mississippi Business Journal Top 40 under 40 award. John is also one of the proud founders of the Gaines Blackwell Endowment Scholarship which honors one of his most influential professors from his time at Auburn University.
John and his family are parishioners of St. James Catholic Church in Gulfport and are members of Bayou Bluff Tennis Club.
He is the first member of his family to serve in the Gulf Coast Carnival Association.


Allen Charles Tye
Allen Charles Tye is the husband of Karla Steckler Tye. They, along with their dogs, split time between Jackson and Ocean Springs, Mississippi. His parents are Col. Joe B Tye, Jr. and Mrs. Janelle Bowen Tye.
Allen graduated from Roosevelt High School in San Antonio, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas in Austin, and worked for Abbot Laboratories in Texas and Mississippi before obtaining a Masters of Business Administration from Millsaps College in Jackson in 1995.
For the past two decades, Allen has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Aluminum Recycling of Mississippi. He was the founding President of the Mississippi Recyclers Association, and a past board member of Boys and Girls Clubs of Jackson.
Allen has been a member of Gulf Coast Carnival Association since 2016, and is also a member of The Revelers Carnival Association. His wife Karla has been Queen of Neptune in 1997, Queen of Mithras in 2015 and Queen of Les Masquees in 2024. His father-in-law Sandy Steckler was King of Revelers Carnival Association in 1993 and his mother-in-law Judy Steckler was Queen of Les Masquees in 2005.
Allen has thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail and summited Kilimanjaro. He enjoys boating with his family and friends, golf, and croquet. He is honored to have been selected as the 2026 Metro Jackson Open Your Heart Honoree for the American Heart Association.
F. William Van Kirk, III
F. William Van Kirk, III of Gulfport, is the husband of Lauren Hiatt Van Kirk and the father of Will, Hiatt, and Meri-Clair. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. F. William Van Kirk, Jr. and his in-laws are Dr. and Mrs. Warren Hiatt, Jr, both of Gulfport, MS.
William graduated from Gulfport High School where he was a three-time State Tennis Champion. He attended Auburn University where he obtained a degree in finance and was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
William is currently the Managing Partner at Van Kirk Wealth Advisors in Gulfport, MS, and has served as President of Gridiron Club and Century Club as well as board members for The Boys and Girls Club of the Gulf Coast and the Gulfport Yacht Club. He is a current member of Bayou Bluff Tennis Club, Gulfport Yacht Club, and The Revelers carnival organization. William enjoys spending time with his wife and children boating, fishing, and participating in his sons’ sports. William and his family are members of St. Peters by the Sea Episcopal Church in Gulfport.
William was a Flag Bearer in 1994. His wife Lauren Hiatt Van Kirk served as a Maid in 2012. His father Will Van Kirk Jr. served as a Duke in 1991. His mother Jamie Anderson Van Kirk served as a Page in 1967. His sister Kristen Van Kirk Gard served as a maid in 1999. His sister Weezie Van Kirk Higginbothom served as a Maid in 2003. His uncle Roy Anderson III served as King D’Iberville in 1999. His cousin Annie Anderson Mahoney served as Queen Ixolib 2008.
