Bowen Henry Bertucci

Bowen Henry Bertucci is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ryland Bertucci, Sr. of Gulfport, MS.  His maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Billy Van Veckhover.  His paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Bertucci.

Henry is an honor roll student at Bayou View Elementary where he received the Kiwanis Terrific Kid award and the Good Citizen award. He is a member of the SMSC Soccer team, the Gulfport Commodores Baseball team, the Bayou View Elementary Flag football team, Bayou Bluff Tennis Club Tennis team and Gulfport Yacht Club Swim team.  He and his family are parishioners at St. James Catholic Church.

Henry’s great-grandfather, Frank Bertucci was King d’Iberville 1961.  His grandfather, Frank E. Bertucci was a duke in 1986, Lt. of Carnival in 1991-1992, King d’Iberville in 1994 and GCCA Chairman of the Board in 2002-2003.  His father, F. Ryland Bertucci Sr. was a page for King d’Iberville in 1994 and a duke in 2020. His brother, F. Ryland Bertucci Jr. was a page in 2022.  His sister Mary Grace Bertucci was a flag bearer in 2023.  His brother, William Bertucci, is a 2024 flag bearer.  

Kenneth Reeves Cook

Reeves Cook is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Cook of Biloxi.  His maternal grandparents are Mr. Joel Holifield and the late Mrs. Drenda Holifield of Long Beach.  His paternal grandparents are the late Mr. Kenny Cook, Sr. and Mrs. Wendie Cook of Biloxi, and the late Mr. Les Valentine and the late Mrs. Wanda Valentine of D’Iberville.  

Reeves is a sixth-grade student at Biloxi Upper Elementary School, where he was selected as Mr. BUE (Mr. Biloxi Upper Elementary).  He currently serves as Vice-President of the Student Council. He was honored to be chosen as Most School Spirited in 2022 as a fifth grader.  Reeves played football for the Biloxi Indians this season, and he plays baseball for Biloxi Tribe.  He has played for various baseball teams since 2016 for the Biloxi Youth Baseball Organization, and he was selected as an All Star for the last five years.  Reeves also plays soccer for the Biloxi Soccer Organization.  He is an avid fisherman and loves the outdoor activities, including hunting and golfing.  He attends First Baptist Church of Long Beach.

Reeves’ father, Ken Cook, was a duke in 2018.

Bailey Faith Dellenger

Bailey Faith Dellenger is the daughter of Mr. Phil Dellenger, III of Biloxi, MS and Ms. Rachel Sharp of Ocean Springs, MS.  Her paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Phil Dellenger, Jr.  Her maternal grandparents are Ms. Phylis Sharp and the late Mr. Gary Sharp. 

Bailey is an honor roll student at Ocean Springs Upper Elementary where she was named Student of the Week and is a member of the Connections Gifted Education Program. She achieved a perfect score on the Mississippi Academic Assessment, receiving the highest score in her class. Bailey is a past member of the OSUE Sign Language Club. Bailey’s hobbies include art, swimming, reading, watching movies and playing the piano.

Bailey’s grandfather, Phil Dellenger, Jr., was a duke in 1994, Lieutenant of Carnival in 1997 and 1998, Captain of Carnival in 1999 and 2000, and currently serves on the GCCA Board of Directors.  Her father, Phil Dellenger, III, was a page to King d’Iberville in 1993.  Her aunt, Jamie Dellenger, served as a flag bearer in 1991, key girl in 1997 and Maid to Queen Ixolib in 2001.

Ansley Madeline Gilich

Ansley Madeline Gilich is the daughter of Mr. Andy and Dr. Michelle Gilich of Ocean Springs. Her paternal grandparents are the Honorable Mayor and Mrs. Andrew “FoFo” Gilich of Biloxi.  Her maternal grandparents are the late Mr. Walter “Buzzy” Bolton and Mrs. Laura Bolton of Ocean Springs.

Ansley is a honor student at St. Alphonsus Elementary School, where she is on the cheerleading squad, basketball team and a member of the SOAR enrichment program. She is active in tennis and is a trained vocalist.  Ansley is cofounder of The Ansley Foundation, a non- profit helping families cope with childhood cancer diagnoses. She is a member of the National League of Junior Cotillions.  She and her family are parishioners of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church.

Ansley’s grandmother, Laura Ederer Bolton, was a maid in 1975.  Her grandfather, Mayor Andrew “Fofo” Gilich, was a duke in 1997. Her mother, Dr. Michelle Bolton Gilich, was a maid in 2005 and a flag bearer in 1997.  Her uncle, Dr. C.A. “Buddy” Brice was King D’Iberville in 1997.  Her aunt, Carolyn Bolton Cox, was Queen Ixolib in 1957.  Her aunt, Rachel Gilich Wade, was a maid in 1991.  Her aunt, Gretchen Gilich, was a maid in 1994. Her aunt, Robyn Bolton Hudson, was a maid in 2008.  Her uncle and godfather, Keith Wade, was a duke in 2015, Lt of Carnival in 2020-2022 and Captain of Carnival in 2023-2024.  Her cousin Zachary Gilich Wade was a page to King D’Iberville 2013. Her cousin Connie Bolton Utecht was Queen Ixolib in 1986.
